The use of the club shop on the website has made ordering more efficient for the college and has given students a simple but effective system to order their clothes. Updating and making alterations to the club shop format has always been achievable with Direct Soccer staff always on hand to make necessary changes. The added benefit of the loyalty scheme allows the department to reinvest the funds into other equipment and clothing. Setting up the club shop has completely transformed our ordering process, making it slicker and less time consuming for D&A College staff. The service we receive from Direct Soccer has been excellent.

The club has grown over the last couple of years and rebranded this summer. The partnership with Direct Soccer has really enabled the club to ensure that the whole club has a standard kit, training kit and manager wear that is very easy to procure. The addition of a supporters shop recently has been a huge success and provided the club with the opportunity to provide a replica shirt for the first time ever. The loyalty scheme was very easy to set up and the support from Murray has been amazing. We have used the credit to purchase new balls and equipment for several of the youth teams. We had a couple of small issues around using the vouchers but Murray sorted this instantly. The whole experience has been amazing, we run circa 20 youth team and a couple of senior teams and the managers have provided really positive feedback about the new arrangement. Once the shop went live, we noticed that it would be better to structure the shop differently. The response from Murray was first class and turned around the new layout very quickly. We wanted to offer caps on the site, but it was very encouraging when Murray and the team decided that the quality wasn't acceptable. It would have been very easy to just advertise the caps and disregard the quality issue.

Yes we are very happy with the club shop, we promote it through our Club website which then enables parents & players to order their own tops, jackets etc, it also means I do not have to collect money and place orders myself as they can do it direct with you. The bonus of the club token is also very good and help club financially. The level of service is second to none. I am in the process of getting another team to order from you as their existing supplier takes up to 2 month to supply goods ordered, where as yours is max 3 weeks. If we have had any problem they are sorted out very quickly.

Its just the service we were looking for to assist in standardizing kits for the whole club, simplifying the ordering process for not only committee but for Coaches too. It also makes it easy for parents and supporters to purchase club merchandise. Everything is taken care of as regards to Printing and Embroidery in a hassle free process. The Service we have received from Murray and his team from the initial set up to the kits delivered is first class nothing seems to be a problem. The added Bonus for us is the loyalty Scheme which really gives the club something back which we are reaping the benefits of.
